Hotels Information

The Saskatoon Knights Tournament Committee has secured blocks of hotel rooms at various hotels in our city on many of our tournament weekends. While we have tried to ensure hotel availability for all tournaments, there are some weekends that were extremely difficult due to other events in our city.

When you book rooms at hotels that have reserved blocks for the Knights Tournaments, or hotels that do not have blocks reserved but have special team rates, please keep the following points in mind.

You must call the hotels directly; do not use 800 reservation phone numbers unless the hotel has a designated 800 number. You must tell the hotel that you are attending the Saskatoon Knights Hockey Tournament or quote the “Group Code” if applicable.

Hotel blocks remain in place until one month prior to the tournament date at most hotels; at this time they are released.

Many hotels require rooming lists and will not hold rooms for any length of time without them. Make sure you have a complete understanding of what is required for your reservation, and in all cases secure a written confirmation for your reservation.

When you have decided to travel to Saskatoon to attend one of our tournaments, please book your rooms immediately.

Several of the hotels in our city have implemented a “Code of Conduct” policy for teams, parents and coaches while staying in their facility. Please be sure that you are aware of individual policies in this regard.

Remember that other events in the city that have rooms blocked for certain dates will only hold their blocks until one month prior to their event. At this time any unused rooms will become available again.
